As soon as the concert finishes, you'll be in control of Rikku and Paine. They'll have a bitch with ???, the Yuna lookalike, and then enter a fight with two of her goons. When you defeat the two goons and then the Yuna lookalike, she'll make a run for it down the corridor. Defeat the next few goons that challenge you and you'll then come to a short, plump fellow named Ormi. With him will be Logos, Ormi's opposite in appearance. These two guys are easy prey and once they're both defeated the Yuna lookalike will appear again.
Boss Fight: LeBlanc
This battle can't really be lost and it's more to get you used to the game's Dress Sphere system. In battle, use L1 to select different dress spheres. Select Songstress and use the Dark Dance ability against LeBlanc. Keep Yuna using Dark Dance and have Rikku and Paine attacking LeBlanc, healing using potions when necessary.
As soon as this battle is over, you have completed Mission One.
